How it works

Classify and schedule
Every property, on the schedule the code sets.
- One database of addresses, building types, occupancy classifications and contacts, searchable and filterable
- Properties classified as life hazard or non-life hazard, with construction-date rules (before and after 1979) applied automatically
- Inspection intervals generated from the code: up to four a year for schools, at most five years for non-life-hazard properties
- Checklist templates aligned to the fire code, managed by admins
