Careers

We're hiring.

We don't hire on résumés. We hire on what you can build. Three roles open right now.

ROLE 01

Build Challenge: 2D Dieline → 3D Box

Take a flat box-cutting layout, read it, and fold it into a closed 3D box in the browser, with the fold animating in front of you.

Pick any frontend stack and any 3D library. Show us it works, and explain how you did it.

Includes the full brief and a real sample dieline. You have 3 days from download to send it in.

Role
Junior Developer
Eligibility

What this is

A real slice of the work we do: high-performance 3D, built from the math up. No busywork. This is the actual kind of problem we solve. Everything you need is in the download: a full brief (PDF) and a real sample dieline (.pdf + .png).

The path

01

Read the brief

Open SiviQuantLabs_Build_Challenge.pdf. It has the full spec, a dieline primer (cut vs. crease lines), and exactly what we grade.

02

Build it

A web app that uploads the dieline, builds a 3D box from it, folds it closed with a clearly visible animation, then lets you orbit and rotate it. Any framework, any 3D library.

03

Record ~60 seconds

First 30 sec: demo upload, fold-closed, rotate. Next 30 sec: walk through your code and the fold logic. Talk over it, because we want to hear how you think.

04

Push your code

GitHub repo or a zip we can open.

05

Send it in

Email your video + code link to connect@siviquantlabs.com, subject Build Challenge - <your name>, within 3 days of downloading.

Who we want

Someone who picks up a new library fast, builds the thing, and can explain it. Never touched 3D before and learned it for this? That's exactly the signal we want. Working and explainable wins; we're not grading polish.

ROLE 02

Send us your portfolio.

We build technical products and we want them to look effortless: simple, clear, and functional.

If you have a strong sense of restraint and can make dense things feel obvious, we want to see your work.

What we're looking for

  • A clear eye for minimal, functional design: hierarchy, spacing, and typography over decoration.
  • Some UI / web / product design in your portfolio (interfaces, layouts, brand, or all three).
  • The ability to take a complex technical idea and present it simply.
  • Bonus: interest in data visualization, 3D, or technical products.

How to apply

Email a link to your portfolio (or a PDF) to connect@siviquantlabs.com, subject Junior Designer - <your name>. Tell us in a line or two what you'd want to work on here.

ROLE 03

Own systems end to end.

We're a small deep-tech team building sovereign AI, high-performance 3D, and cloud systems from first principles.

We're looking for a senior engineer who can take a hard problem, architect the solution, build it, and ship it to production, and raise the bar for the people around them.

Role
Senior Developer
Experience
4+ years shipping production software

What you'll do

  • Own the architecture and delivery of real systems across AI, 3D, or Cloud.
  • Work below the abstraction: the model, the rendering math, the cloud architecture, not just glue over libraries.
  • Set standards on a small team and mentor junior engineers.
  • Keep cost and performance as first-class design constraints, because everything we build ties to a measurable return.

What we expect

  • Strong depth in at least one of: model training / SLMs and edge inference; real-time 3D (Three.js / WebGL / rendering math); or cloud architecture and cost optimization, with the range to work across the others.
  • A track record of owning problems end to end, not just tickets.
  • Clear thinking and clear communication. You can explain why, not just what.
  • Comfort in a small, high-ownership team where your work ships and you see the impact.

How to apply

Email your CV / profile and links to your best work (GitHub, shipped products, writing) to connect@siviquantlabs.com, subject Senior Developer - <your name>. Point us at one thing you built that you're proud of and tell us your role in it.

Don't fit a role exactly?

If you build the kind of thing we build, reach out anyway.
